Allison Armour

Social Worker

Meet

Ms. Allison

Yowzers, do I love Crew! My name is Allison Armour and I’m the School Social Worker here at Renaissance. I have been here since 2014 and my daughter and son are REMS alumni. Renaissance has truly changed my life and the life of my family.

I’m basically a Colorado native (don’t count those first 3 months). I grew up just south of here, in Colorado Springs. I received my Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado in Psychology and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. I’ve been in Castle Rock since 2007 and am a familiar face out and about in the community. Part of my passions include giving back and bringing people together in acts of stewardship.

My career started here in Douglas County in 2005 and I love being part of leading future School Social Workers as a District leader and mentor, being part of the District Crisis Team, and part of District experts on the Social and Emotional needs of gifted learners.

Please come see me and say "hi". I love this Crew and I'm glad you are here.
